Dayna is a seasoned, versatile business leader with more than 15 years of experience in all facets of corporate communications. Her expertise includes comprehensive public relations, executive strategy/development, employee communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), integrated marketing, branding/rebranding, content creation, social media support, proactive media strategy, crisis communications, and reputation management.

As VP of Client Services at myWHY Agency, Dayna oversees all client accounts, managing the development and execution of strategic integrated communications and numerous special projects while ensuring that all teams are on track to meet goals and deliver results. She develops strategic messaging for proactive local, national, and global media outreach, including thought leadership strategies to accelerate brands’ high-value positioning and increase public engagement.

Prior to myWHY, Dayna served as AVP of corporate content for HSA Bank (a division of Webster Bank), where she established a new corporate communications team to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation amongst stakeholders through sound internal and external PR strategy and execution. 

In previous years, Dayna led marketing and PR efforts for various agencies in the Milwaukee area. Her diverse experience includes planning and implementing rebranding campaigns, developing effective KPI-measured advertising and PR programs, and successfully building and nurturing key client relationships to achieve long-term business growth. In addition to working on crisis communications for major regional and global occurrences, she has also established thought-provoking CSR programs and facilitated new corporate partnerships with both third-party and nonprofit organizations.

A multiple award-winning PR professional, Dayna holds a degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities.
