360 Mind.Body.Soul is a female-owned fitness studio located on the Southside of Chicago offering physical fitness and mental fitness classes with the focus on helping members develop the right habits that’ll help them return to who they truly are inside and out
Website Redesign: We overhauled their website and created a fresh, modern and more functional website to better represent the brand. New, updated professional photography and headshots of all instructors captured the essence of the gym creating a uniform and contemporary look consistent for the brand and across the board.
Social Media Strategy & Management: The goal of our social media strategy was increasing "likes" organically and boosting engagement. Our plan also included social media management. Our team organized contests and inspired existing contacts to partner by providing impressive prizes such as Nike Fuel Bands, fitness gear and more. We used “before and after” photos of gym members showing off their weight loss to create curiosity and engagement. We grew her social media from under 1000 “likes” to over 4200 “likes” organically in under 12 months.
PR: We created key messages that clearly communicated the unique qualities and selling points of her brand. We also media trained the owner to effectively showcase her genuine enthusiasm for her brand along with business knowledge about her brand. We reworked her professional bio and positioned her as a credible expert in healthy living and fitness. This led to significant TV, radio and print media outreach and coverage nationwide.
Video Marketing: We filmed and produced fitness videos, secured testimonials from gym members, promotional videos from gym instructors and more for marketing. We also filmed several of their fitness marathon events for added promotional value. We also trained the owner on basic video skills to ensure she could continue using and filming video on her own long after our services were over.
Influencer Engagement: We tapped into our rolodex of celebrity contacts and secured a well-known and beloved local radio personality who hosted one of their beach fitness events.
Marketing, Sales & Pricing Strategy: Helped the owner develop a sales and marketing plan with clearly set goals, sales strategy, value focused pricing and tactics to yield financial growth goals.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations: We tapped into our contacts in the healthy food space and aligned the 360 brand with notable brands as we put together 100 gift bags for fitness events. We curated the idea for the gym to have a membership discount booklet. We aligned with healthy eating and fitness retail brands, negotiated and secured the discounts to build out the booklet. We also aligned the brand with the City of Chicago Small business center where they offered employees fitness services, this relationship lead to a long standing relationship with overall help for all small business needs as well as an entry into the tough-to-get Goldman Sachs Small Business Program
Relocation: Through our contacts, we facilitated the relocation process for the gym for its move from the south shore neighborhood to the south loop. Everything from helping find the real estate agent, to the strategy of announcing this drastic move to the gym's members and the consequences that may come with that, to setting new pricing to reflect the change in location and overhead.
